Marquee for Apple Music is an Apple Music player for iPhone, iPad, and Mac that plays your existing library and the full Apple Music catalog, with nothing to import. It’s built around the look of a theater marquee and adds the things Apple’s Music app doesn’t have. Eight Now Playing styles turn your music into a spinning vinyl record, a cassette deck with winding spools, a CD player, dancing equalizer bars, a glossy pocket music player, or a stage ringed with golden bulbs. Animated home screen widgets spin and wind along with the music. Marquee scrobbles every play to Last.fm for free, shows your listening stats from your library’s lifetime play counts, and recaps your week every Sunday with shareable cards for Instagram Stories. Upcoming Releases tracks new albums from the artists in your library, and a barcode scanner adds your CDs and vinyl to Apple Music. Marquee is free, with Marquee Pro as a subscription or a one-time lifetime unlock.
